Mission Ridge hosts a public senior fitness day to encourage people to stay active, eat right, and to educate themselves on preventative health measures. The day had multiple ?health fair? stations, good food, presentations, classes, activities, contests, giveaways, and even the rain couldn?t stop the walk that was moved into the garage. Thanks for making this annual event a success.
